本体内部にメッシュ状の金網が入っており、管内の流体中のごみを取り除く部品をストレーナーと呼びます。マフラーとは、同じような形状ですが、空調機コンプレッサーを音源とした騒音を低減する役目を持つ部品を指します。ドライヤーは、主に回路内部の水分を除去するために用いられ、内部に乾燥剤が充填されています。

Strainer is a component filtering dust and trash in the fluid. Muffler is a parts to fall noises from compressor of air conditioner. Dryer is a pieces, filled with desiccative to dehydrate internal circuit.

分岐管、分流器共に冷媒ガスや水の分流用として使用されます。写真に紹介している分流器は、銅平板より深絞加工によって製作し、肉厚の安定性、銅管とのろう付け性にも優れています。また真鍮材の精密機械加工による一体品についてもご相談ください。

Branch pipe and distributor is used to separate flow of water refrigerant. Branch pipe in left side picture is made by deep drawing workability from copper plate, and it is excellent in brazability, and stability of wall thickness. What is more, we can provide brass integrated article by precision machining.
